YWomen Lead Series

Gender Equity Training

A COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE PROMOTING WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT

Do you want to develop relationships with other women and build your collective power in order to lead change in your organization and community?

In this nine-month (September 2018–May 2019) intensive leadership development series, you will develop skills to support your personal growth and strengthen your organization. Our approach is intersectional and focuses on leading inclusively. You will also develop connections with a group of peers who are passionate about women’s leadership.

Who Should Consider Participating

The series is designed for people that experience gender oppression that want to expand their leadership skills with an emphasis on leadership as a behavior, rather than a social location or title. Interested people are invited to submit their application online. A maximum of twenty attendees will be selected to participate in the series.

Program Tuition

Tuition* for this program $1,250 per registration. Submit your interest form by Friday, July 27, 2018, to pay the early-bird price of $1,000.

For non-profit employees, we offer the discounted rate of $750 for early-bird, and $900 regular price.

Limited scholarships are also available for this series.
