YWeb Career Academy (YWeb) is an employment service program that trains women and people of color to become web developers/designers.

The goal of the YWeb Career Academy is to increase diversity in this area of employment. Upon completion of the course, students will have opportunities to pursue full-time permanent employment, a paid internship or a freelance career.

The three-month program covers technical skills such as design, HTML, CSS, and Javascript and employability skills such as project management, interview practice and resume writing. Traditionally, women and people of color are underrepresented in the technology field.
